BECOMING A RENAISSANCE REPRESENTATIVE:
|
With Renaissance USA by filling out an application and receiving a tracking I.D. number. This is our way of monitoring your sales and paying commissions earned in our retail sales compensation plan. No purchase is required to begin earning retail profits immediately.
In addition to earning retail sale profits, you can begin to build your team of sales associates. Each step can earn a commission when activated in our unique marketing plan.
When you purchase Renais-sance products you will receive credit for all points in addition to your retail profits. Start by activating each of your steps by retailing the unique products in the Renaissance Program. Each step is activated with 1,000 Renaissance Product Points (RPP); 1,000 RPP equals one retail sale in our marketing plan. When you and your group have attained 12 sales (with a minimum of 1/3 on each side), you will receive $100 in commissions. When your group volume has 30 sales, you will receive another $100. When your group volume has attained 50 sales, you will receive $400*. All sales made by you and your sales team count toward your sales volume. (*Except the first time the first time and the first time only when you reach 50 sales you will receive $100 + a $100 product card.) You now automatically re-enter Phase 1 and enter Phase 2.
Our maximum Phase 1 commissions of $600 per day per step (plus a $25 product card per step), is calculated 6 days a week. All commissions are based on product sales and you will earn credit for all sales in your organization. Each IR must make 5 retail sales per month.
When 12 steps from any IR in your group follow you into Phase 2, you earn a commission of $500. When 30 follow you into Phase 2 your commission is an additional $500. When 50 follow you into Phase 2 your commission is $1200* plus a $100 product card. (*Except the first time, the first time and the first time only when 50 follow you into Phase 2, you will receive $500 + a $500 product card). You will now enter Phase 3 and automatically re-enter Phase 2.
When 12 steps from any IR in your group follow you into Phase 3, you earn a commission of $2000. When 30 follow you, you earn an additional commission of $2000. When 50 follow you into Phase 3 your commission is $4000 plus a $500 product card, and you automatically re-enter Phase 3.
Remember when you reach 12, 30, or 50 in Phase 1, Phase 2, or Phase 3, you must always have a minimum of 1/3 (4, 10, or 17) on each side.
Each I.R. has the opportunity to participate in our monthly people helping people bonus. You can earn credit for all sales generated by all IRs in the company enrolled after your date of entry. No matter whose organization they are in, they will contribute to your potential income. You can earn credit on personal volume and for all AUTO SHIP points generated by anyone in your downline no matter what side they are on. You must have accumulated a total of 7,000 Renaissance Product Points and be enrolled in the Auto ship Program.
